Who owns the software you build?
You do. The application, its code, its data, and the accounts it runs in, in your name from day one. We keep our own internal tools and give you a permanent licence to use them.
How does pricing work?
Three ways: a short paid discovery that ends in a written scope and fixed price, a fixed-scope build for an agreed price, or an ongoing retainer once something is live. Most people start with discovery.
Do you do IT support?
No help desk, password resets or printer fixes. That's a different craft. If it's what you need, we'll point you to someone who's good at it.
